These fun flowery creations were made for my friend Christy’s birthday, inspired by her love of gardening and nature! The carrot cupcakes were topped with spirals of cream cheese icing, then decorated with colorful stylized fondant flowers. I used different sized flower and star-shaped cookie cutters to make the layered petal shapes from rolled marshmallow fondant.
