Community in motion

As a volunteer photographer for Eramosa River Trail parkrun, I have the pleasure of capturing special moments at this great outdoor community event in Guelph. Everyone arrives with their own motivations, fears, challenges, goals, and stories.

Some people run for fun, or to exercise for physical and mental health. Some work towards breaking a barrier, or come to spend time with friends and family. Each helps build a positive and supportive community.

Together, we have created a wonderful event that welcomes people of all ages and abilities to come out and enjoy the trails every Saturday morning.

Photography helps promote our event by showing people what parkrun is about, and also celebrates each runner by saying: You belong here.

Parkrun is a free weekly timed 5k run/walk. All are welcome! Sign up at parkrun.ca and bring your barcode.

Animals

My heart has always felt a deep connection to the creatures that share this planet with us, including our furry companions and the wild souls that roam the land.

Trinket was my dream come true, my muse, my beautiful friend for 20 wonderful years.
